Uffda Tacos is just a local vender - they make the best tacos I have ever had up there; they are usually in one of those big trucks that have kitchens on them to make and sell food....

 

I will have to look for them... TOnight we ate at the REd Pepper in Grand FOrks, those where some good tacos too!
