Hey V2 you know they put those guards on the saws for a reason ,and you shouldn't try stopping the blade with your hand .haha sorry to hear you got hurt .
now the important question can you still ride ?????????

Yeah, i can still ride. The saw was a reciprocating saw, also known as a sawzall. Its a handheld device, with a long blade at the end that moves back and forth real fast. you hold your left hand up toward the front, and your right hand back to pull the trigger, like a gun. It bucked backwards, and my left hand slid off the saw, and caught the blade

know what your talking about have bent many a sawzall blades myself ,they sure can jump when they want to .

We normally use a very fine one, but have used many different sizes too.
