well i guess i am lucky cause with the cost of living around here i am making very good money and i am working for a company that is growing and growing and growing every year. since i started there 7 years ago they have added on 4 times. and well dee right in this area there are alot of factories. you have central boiler, marvin windows, arctic cat, digi key, polaris. and not to mention all the other places of business that feed off of these factories.

That is true; some businesses are growing up there. However, there are fewer and fewer small farmers each year, and almost no dairy anymore. Fewer farmers means less kids in schools like Goodridge, Grygla, etc... Even Grygla where they have machinewell has shrunk. Marvin is already producing overseas and likely to increase overseas production. Not sure about Polaris, but AC recently had some permanent lay offs.... Almost no new houses have been built in these towns in years. Only TRF has any significant growth.

where i live there is a brand new house going up across the road. AC permanant layoffs didn't amount to be that many ppl. marvin windows has been producing overseas for many many years them japs love our windows. and well polaris is shooting themselves in the foot and i am willing to bet that within 10 years the polaris factory in roseau will be all farmed out to other area's. maybe not grygla so much cause you have to travel so far to work somewhere but alot of towns around here are increasing in population.
