Just wanted to let all the cat owners know that Alpha sports is definitly not the place to try to get parts. First time I ordered they had everything in stock, took them 7 days just to ship it out the door, They said it was because I used a credit card they didn't have on file. Ordered a second time, and it has been almost a month and still no word of my parts being shipped yet. So this is just a warning to all the good cat owners, have a good day and keep the rubber side down.

I use them for the parts look up only, then order from my local dealer. By the time I pay their price plus shipping I can buy from local dealer for same amount.

you all should try www.arcticcatonlineparts.com, I flipped my quad and broke the cover for the little lights between the handle bars. When i order it they call me the next day and told me it would be a little while before i got it because they had to special order it but I recieved it about three days later. I thought that four days was normal for stocked items so i think it is really good for special order items.

That link works, but is very UN-user friendly. The Alpha Sports parts link is every user friendly and gives prices in US dollars. Then for the Canadians there is http://www.brownsleisureworld.com/fr...com/Parts/ATV/ which is as user friendly and has the prices in Canadian dollars.

I also only look up parts, so I know cost and part numbers and order them locally as my dealer has 3 day delivery if they have to order the piece, unless the part backorders. They also give me a discount as I bought my 400 from them.

My dealer has numerous customers in Alaska and when the northern folks order parts, the dealer has AC drop ship them directly to the customer, no extra cost. Any dealer can do it, but they need to be customer service oriented.
