Default brake problems

my uncle just replaced a brake line on his 04 500, from the caliper to the distribution block, he said he bled everything correctly, and tried it a few times yet he still gets a spongy feeling in the handle, like a buble in the lines anyone have an clue y this is still happening?

its deffinately a problem arctic cat needs to adress. ive had mine(an 02 500) in the shop 6 times under warrenty for that reason and never is fixed correctly. works for about 5 minutes if im lucky. finaly i decided to change my brake pads which only took about half hour to do and they work fine now. i dont understand why these new machines are doing this.

If the brakes were working ok before the line was changed, then they still aren't bled properly yet. You will probably have to bleed all 3 of the calipers as there appears to be air still in the system.

umm i had already stated that EVERYTHING had been bled, that includes the other three calipers and in correct order, it had been bled completely through at least 3 times to the point where it could even been gravity bled.

I have never had gravity bleeding remove a bubble. As far as I know pressure bleeding is the only way to remove a bubble. Are you using DOT 4 brake fluid?
