2005 lockers

is the locker available in any way retrofittable into a model that didnt come with same?{2005 400 tbx]

Easiest way is to get the locker front diff. and swap it for yours. It would probably be cheaper to, unless you can do all your own work.

There is no company that i'm awear of that makes a locker for a Arctic cat. I have an 03--500 and i ordered the frt end parts from the 04-650 and installed them in my diff.. You need the iner gears left side axle cable leaver bracket.. Total cost is between 800-1000.00 to do this... I must say it's worth it.

Or try to find a whole diff. out of a wrecked quad ,theft recovery,ect.Check your dealer(mine
has like 7 diffs in there,and also check over the internet.

Yes finding a diff out of a wrecked quad may be an option but that can go anywhere from 400-600.00 for the diff then you need to buy the axle the bracket the cable the screws. It is cheeper to buy the parts and do the work yourself if you can.
