Default Best upgrade for 100-150$

Hey guys,
I have a 2003 300 4x4. I was looking to get a little more power/speed out of it for fairly cheap. I want some low end power for when i plow (all ready have a plow) and be able to add a little speed to it too. My machine is completely stock as of now. so what is something i could get for about 100-150$ that would show me an improvement. I was looking at a cdi, but i dont really know anything about them. really, i dont know too much about quads in genral but i have a pretty good understanding about engines and things. any help is appreciated.

i would look into getting a K&n airfilter or maybe a different pipe. i dunno if there is to many hopups for the 300. if you don't have a winch i would take that 100-150 and start saving more for a good winch i know it sounds boring but you get one of these beasts burried and you will be glad you have it. also living on a farm like i do we always find uses for the winch. i would check will speedworks for hopups and highlifter.com you may find something to your liking. i got an aftermarket cdi for my 650 and i didn't know the machine back so that might be something to look into as well.
