its problably the vent line that connects to the gas cap if you have the tank filled alot itll most likely spill out check that and the gas line and make sure the cap is on tight...good luck

There is nothing that attaches to the gas cap and it is in tight.

take the platics off around the gas tank it may be like bombardier's design and there is a ventline on the gas tank itself take a look to see if you can see any gas coming out is the tank really full

the only thing that i can say is if its not the fuel line, take it to a repair shop. maybe even a car repair place. good luck.

I noticed my V2 doing the same thing. But I also noticed my riding style is more aggressive lately as I am getting more comfortable on the AC and willing to do more verticle climbs and angeled side hilling. I also believe I was filling the tank to full. Our weather has cooled a little, maybe heat was causing the gas to expand. I know my gas cans are bigger around after the heat this year (even the gas cans in the shed guess it's time to get some new ones). As it has been in the high 90's and low 100's and now when off work it is in the mid to low 80's.

long boy i went by the dealer today to pick up my brush bar and i mentioned this problem to them and i guess theyve heard a bit about this lately and they say were the tempatures were so hot lately that the only thing they can come up with is the tanks expanded. they also said that fuel lately is crappy and clogging jets and making floats stick but they say if this were the case the fuel would just have kept on spilling out and that a carb cleaner (sea foam) is a good thing to use every 2 tanks or so. so were not the only ones with this problem i havent filled my tank since the incident let me know if you keep having this problem
