Transporting pointing straight up?
#1
Hi All,
I have to fit a few quads in a cargo trailer for transport. Not enough room unless we point them straight up (or nearly, say a 60 degree angle). I have done this before with a couple of big bears without issues but I want to know if I will run into problems with oil leaking out in a Cat.
Anybody ever done this?

Should be fine, if you have a fuel shutoff then make sure that is off. Good luck.

cattleman is right about turning the fuel petcock is in the off possion , and make sure the cylinder head is on top ( i.e..) front end in the upward possion ; then it shoud be fine...............williebee

My grandparents do have about 50 head of cattle and I used to help round them up. Never used the ATV for that though, always the dogs.
