Default Fuel Sensor Issues

I have had to replace the fuel sensor on my '06 500 auto twice now. Is anyone else having problems with the fuel sensor?

Default Fuel Sensor Issues

I've got a 2006 AC 400 Auto and my fuel gauge doesn't work right , even when the tank is full it doesn't register right it's been like this since day one ; i ride with my brother's or freind's . My brother has an 02' honda rancher 350 4x4 manual i just know that i can go as far as he can on a tankfull , i've haven't ridden far enough for the gauge to start flashing ; the bar's go up and down depending on elevation up or down ! I've heard other's complain about the same thing i just don't let it bother me , i had a 93' suzuki 300 KQ LT4WD it had the only way to check your fuel ; the tank cap came with a rubber strip attached to the cap with mark's like a oil dip stick ! I carry something like this to measure the fuel level on my 400 AC , as long as it doesn't effect the running of the engine i'm not worried about it . I know it should work for the money you payed for your cat, but i've heard from others on the formum with the same problem with the gauge not working like it should ! .................williebee
