hmmmm, I talked to the company this morning, She had no Idea whats going on she said I should really feel it take off... I thought so too. Afterall when we put them clutch kits in the Sleds, we fellt a HUGE difference. I know it wont be as good,,,,,but you should feel something.

She said to check the rings, and make surfe the belt aint wedged. So tonight I check it out, and then give her a call back tomorrow. Go from there...

thanx for the response

Have a EPI on our 400, Dont know what you expect, ours has a little stall before locking in tight and pulls hard, but its not going to make it faster unless your old belt was slipping. It just keeps the belt tight and from slipping. We have 26" mudlites and it spins em hard. Thats what we wanted and its worked fine.

We have 25 inch tires/Stock...and we spin just like before..

I dont exspect more speed...just more pickup.... quicker pickup. And I guess from what the Lady said today my Quad should 100% be better on pick up now. specially sense we still have the 15 stock tires.

Beats me.......Guess jetting it is next...muffler... anyone got any Money they dont need

Jasmin,
Ya know they do make the 07TRV w/ the 650. Might want to consider upgrading. Thinking the 650 TRV will really pull.

I would LOVE too...however... the AC is only 2 years old. And Hubby isnt ready to buy another one.

I wish they had bigger one when I bought this one. Oh well.... stuck with this one..... for 2 more year's.. then I get to buy a new one .

Then daughter is old enough to ride her own quad.

I see youre from GR.. you ride up in leota, baldwin, gladwin?

Even with a clutch kit if you do not have around 500-1000 miles (I prefer the upper end) your engine is not broke in all rhe way yet so it is not giving you the umph it will be.

I do not have a cluthc kit and have 26inch mudlites on my TRV 500 and it gets up and scoots right along and does not strain at all when it pulls a load or plows heavy snow.

It would probably be better with a clutch kit but it works fine for me the way it is.

The clutch kits that I am aware of cause the clutch to engage at different engine rpm's to either allow it put power to the tires quickly with less power (due to lower rpm's) or at a higher rpm (giving it more punch).

If this is what you intalled I would guess that the belt is slipping.
