'06 400 LE Leaking Gas by Oil Filter
I picked up my ATV on Saturday from a 500 mile tune-up which includes the oil change. Tonight I went into my garage and smelled gas. I looked under my ATV and there's a pool of gas under it. Upon closer look, there's a puddle of gas directly under the oil filter sitting on top of the skid plate and dripping through the holes in the skid plates. Everything is dry underneath except for a trail that appears to go up to the oil filter. When I run my finger around the oil filter and through the trail of liqued, the liqued is defintly gas. Has anyone ever had this issue? Is there something else I should check? Do dealers use Gas to clean around or lubricate the oil filter (I'm NOT a mechanic)?

There is not a real need to use gas to clean anything during an oil change. Besides gas should not be used as a cleaning agent (even though its really good) due to other hazzards.
I think more than likely if they checked your valves during your tune-up (which should be itemized on your repair order) they may have torn, or nor connected all the way your fuel line as the fuel tank must be removed to check the valves. The fuel can run down onto the top of the engine and run down the front of the motor around the oil filter.
Either that, or they did use gas to clean up the little bit of oil that ALWAYS seems to remian inthe filter and leak down the front of the engine when changing the oil.
In either case, I would do as Bear suggested and take it back to the dealer and have them make things right. How they treat you when you do this will tell you a lot of information about your dealer. IT is a little thing called "customer service" that has been talked about quite often on posts here.
I would also suggest getting a service manual and learning how to change the oil yourself on your machine. It would be a very useful experience. These days there are also many oil recycling stations around, due to the price oil, to dispose of your used motor oil as well.
By learning how to do the little maintenance things like this on your ATV (or car) can help you to catch problems when they are minor and easy to do. Instead of waiting until it is a major job and caosts a bunch of $.
