2001 AC300 4x4 oil cooler lines

Has anyone had a problem with the oil cooler lines blowing off. I did yesterday and lost all the engine oil. These are held on by spring type hose clamps.

I have a 98 AC 300 and havent had any problems. Try putting a normal hose clamp on it.
