I recently put 2" snorkels on my 07 h1. Now it's running lean, popping, white plug.

Heres the problem.

I went to put in a 137.5 keihin jet and upon pulling out my stock main jet I noticed that the hole in the middle is about half the size of the hole in the 137. I thought that was kinda odd.

I inspected the stock main and on the side of the jet I found the number 85, but didnt think anything about it. Well after some searching around on the forums and on the keihins website it appears that my stock main, was in fact an 85 main jet.

How in the hell could that be? I thought stock was suppose to be 132?

With an 85 shouldn't it be running VERY lean? It had a lean pop once in a while but not very often. With that small of a jet shouldn't it have burned down a long time ago?

I'm speechless.

Any thoughts?

Hmmmmmmmmmm..... I dont know what to say. Was it running fine other than the periodic popping? Thats a fairly small main jet. I run 122s and get a lean pop once in a while

I got it figured out. I was messing with the starter jet. whoops. lol

I put the starter jet back in it's right slot and went from a 132 main to a 142.5 main and it made a big difference. Slowly getting it tuned in.
