Arctic Cat 375 compression
Hey guys I am new to the forum and would like to start by saying hello. I searched on compression figures for an acrtic cat 375 4 x 4 with no luck. I have a 2002 arctic cat 375 that has been acting up and will barely idle now. I took a look at the service manual for this machine and it says that the compression should be 66 - 73 PSI with a wide open throttle on the 375/400/500 arctic cats. That seems very low to me. Sure enough my machine is producing 135 psi of compression. Does this make any sense to anyone? I have never heard of having too high of compression before.

the 500/650 H1 is 70-85
the 650 V-twin is 45-80
I am not sure about the 375 - but if it has 135, I would not complain, I just would make sure to run a higher grade gas.
135 does sound a little high, maybe checking your guage could account for the higher than normal reading.
