New Arctic Cat?
Only time I got water in my front differential was when a stick decided to remove the vent for me. Once the vent was replaced no more water. Course I also seal up where the vent connects with silicone. So I would agree with everyone else that he has a leak someplace.
I have just over 7200miles on my 400 manual. Not a single problem that wasn't caused by my stupidity.
