Default check alignment

I'm having problems with my bike. It wants to pull to the left alot. Tire pressure was the first thing I checked. It's fine.
Whats the best way to go about checking it then fixing it?

It's a 01 AC 500 manual.

Check to make sure you don't have a brake dragging and also check the toe-in

the brakes aren't dragging. I checked last night. What are the measurments for toe-in? I've heard it is a 1/8 inch toe-in. Is that correct?
