As a fellow wheeler, I have a question. Is there a moderator or someone who can turn this guys identity/location over to authorities? I know that may be going a little far, but if someone stole my ATV and then came onto a forum asking if it had a tracking device, I would be most thankful if someone turned him in. I think its pretty obvious he stole the wheeler in question. I just can't believe how stupid people can be! Unbelievable!!!
