Default Banding Tool

Does anybody know where I can get a banding tool for the bands that come with the cv boot replacement kit? Is there a specific type/brand that I need? Thanks.

I redid rear CV's a year ago and used at wire cutter readily available at any hardware store about $10. It is flat face cutter like the one in this picture:

When I had my 03 300 I busted 3 cv boots and used a pair of channel locks to squeeze the bands together.
