rear knuckle

rear knuckle
have 04 500 auto f-i-s with only 980 miles(i'm 2nd owner-580 miles are mine) both rear wheels had play up-down and this was letting the rear disc push the brake pads/pistons back in the caliper causing the brake to have to be pumped 2 or 3 times before good brakes. upon disassemble of rear bearings, it was found that the hole into which the bearing goes into was egg shaped. the bearings could be pressed in/out of the knuckle with just thumb pressure. the outer race of the bearings could visabilly be seen pivoting in the knuckle with finger pressure. have extra new bearing and test fitted it with same results. for a temp fix for upcoming ride, brass .003 shim stock doubled on the upper 1/3 of bearing in knuckle inserted between bearing and knuckle. knuckle was heated and bearing was froze for assembly to be easier(was still pressed together with small brass hammer 20oz). this has so far resulted in a very tight fit and no wheel movement,
any one else have this problem and had opinion from dealer ??
thanks
