Default Popping Noise

I have this nice little popping noise coming from the rear of my '06 400 auto. It only makes the noise when I am in a sharp turn and let off the throttle. There doesn't seem to be any play in the cv joints. Any thoughts? Thanks!

If the popping is coming from the exhaust then your air/fuel mix is too lean. Other than that I don't have a clue - if an axle or cv is making the noise. I can't tell from where I am sitting - sorry

Default Popping Noise

Just had this same problem/sound on a 04 650 v2 axle was cracked, looked a little chewed up, cv boot was split and i never noticed it, looks as if some gravel or sumthing had gotten in there, well anyway, changed the axle and no popping sound
