2003 Arctic Cat 400 4x4
I just purchased a 2003 Arctic Cat 400 4x4 automatic. I perviously owner Polaris products. I have a few questions some of you more experienced with AC may know the answers to.
One, are there any good repair manuals available? I can find the AC Shop Manual online for about $50.00 but I can not find any after market manuals like Clymer makes.
Two, is the oil light supposed to come on with the key turned on? I get the temperature light but not the oil light. I was looking at the ATV the other day and saw a two wire cable that was not plugged into anything. This might be for the oil light.
Three, the steering seems realy really loose. By loose I mean it steers realy easy, to the point that it wants to track a corner when you want to go straight. Is this normal? Is there any easy fix? I am guessing it is something I will get used to over time.
Thanks

You can download a service manual here: http://silentfall.com/files/manual.zip
You may want to take a few minutes and read the post "Making your AC handle better".. it is pinned at the top of the forum - some pretty handy stuff in there.
Good luck and welcome to the AC family.
