Default ARTIC CAT OIL FILTER

I presume you have the AC 500 or 700 because the others use a different filter.
I have been using the Fram 6018 since I got the bike. The Fram bike filters are not the cheap "car" filters that most people knock. All the filter manufactures make a good filter and a cheep filter to compete with each other. I find nothing wrong with the Fram 6018 but I do change my oil and filter about every 500 miles like Cat suggest or as close as I can. Running the filter 500 miles is not like trying to get 3000 to 5000 miles on your car.

What does the 650 H1 use if it is different from the 500 and 700?

I no longer have the list for the 650. you need to do a search on the web or go to an auto shop. The filter on the 650 is a more common filter and is used on some of the cars and you can get an auto filter. The filter on the 500 has a very fine thread and is not used buy any thing else. If you look at the thread on the 650 you will see it is quite coarse. Once you look at the thread you will see what I mean and can't mistake it.
I just seen that list on another sight. Some of the Purolator higher end filters rate very good and can begotten on a good sale.

HI FLO 621

Just jumped ship from Can-Am. Most of us used the Hi Flo filter. I used well over 16 unit and not problems
