Hello everyone I'm new here and I'm hoping to get some help and learn alot.

I was wondering if anyone knows the factory settings for this quad, I'm having troubl with it and want to set the carbs back to the factory settings.

whats your issue?? i dont know if there is a specific set up. my guess is that you played with the pilot metering screw.? start at about 3 turns out from fully seated but thats just a basis i dont know anything about what your prob is or were you live or what jetting you run etc etc. im not too savy with jetting im learning but ive learned a decent amount in the past few yrs.

 

I bought it from a dealer I live in plover,Wi I did not touch the pilot screw just the idle and the problems are when starting it does not want to start and it does not idle smooth, put a new spark plug in and fresh gas so I figure it must be the carb. The dealer said before they sold it they had to clean the carb but it just does not run right and I cant have them look at it because I did not buy the extended warranty.

well it's not the carb today I fired it up and it broke a piston ring so maybe it was not running good because the compression was low what a bummer
