well i think i can consider my ac 500 broken in. i put about 20 miles on it yesterday and 40 on it today. that thang sure does have a butt load of power. i hauled out 9" diameter x 25' cedar trees one after the other, of course, in low 4x4. it consumed alot of gas doing so but if i had done it by hand i probably would be **** up right now. my polaris buddy was a no show although i did have available some guys with a mule 3010 4x4 and a kaw bayou 300. of course, the ac did all the work and the other two were used to fetch beer, fuel, etc.
do you guys remember when i had a squeaky right front? now i have a squeaky front, i think its my brakes though because it was very muddy. i think i'll take it to the dealer and let him clean it up while he changes the oil--poor *******, i was also cutting donuts in a mixture of mud, old hay, cow ****, and sh*t.

Hey, good to see you're finally getting some good use out of the 'Cat-how'd it perform for you? Sounds like you did alright, if you had the Mule and Bayou fetching the beverages for you! You didn't get any pics up by chance did ya? Man, with all that excretory waste/fluid from the cows, it's no wonder the 'Cat is squeaking, she's screaming for a bath! Heh heh heh, yeah, feel sorry for the dealer now, poor guy.
Best of luck!

Well did you read you owners manual at all in the Break Insection??? It says to keep it below1/2 throttle(except for a few short full throttle blast) for the break in and it says not to pull anything or put it in any kinda strain. I don't know what kinda throttle you used to cut up in the mud like you did, but pullling a load like that isn't realy the best way to break it in. Just want to warn you incase you have to replace the rings or other parts in the future like a freind of mine had to after he didn't break in his Rancher right.

boner,
i bought the cat back in early december and for the first ten hours of operation i didn't use full throttle and i didn't pull anything (actually i never went much over 15 mph). this past weekend was the break in after the break in. what i really meant was i broke it in to what kind of work it is going to be doing. after spending 6 grand on the cat, you better believe i am going to follow the instructions to the wire.
thanks bro,
