Like I have said before buy and ride what you like. it like anything in this world.

Me and the wife are new ATV, owners and have Polaris's. The 300 is a little sketchy but the 800 has been steller. so same company different experience.

if the AC 500 is new rid it a bit , and get is serviced by the dealer if needed. if problem persist.

I had the same problem, idle it down and that will fix it.. As far as which atv is better: come on guys lets grow up.. Everyone has their own opinion and they always will. It doesn't amount to a hill a beans and in most cases is as worthless as **** on a boar hog!!! IMO if you can't come to this forum or any other forum w/o the sole purpose of bashing another brand of quad or talking sh*t then you shouldn't come at all!! Ride what you like and wish everyone else the best with theirs! Ride safe and have fun!!

Tancat, I couldn't agree more, my last comment was not designed to be a bash at all, maybe just a small lesson in humility for some!! we all ride what we like for are own reasons. I just can't stand people that have nothing better to do than bash especially when someone is asking for help!

wish I had a reason to get that quickswitch system but unless i go out pushing sand or dirt, no need for it here in Ark.
Ours are simply for fun, the family thing ya know. the only work i' ve done with it was cutting trees by the river bank and dragging them 75 yards to be cut up for firewood. No trouble at all pulling some big damn trees.
