Default rear brake piston

i am working on a arctic cat xt650 changing rear brakes and i am having no luck getting the rear brake piston to go in. If anyone has any suggestions please help because i do this for a living and this is my frist arctic cat. i have never had any problems with yamahas or hondas and end this to stop holding me up.

i usually just leave the old pad on there and use a "c" clamp to push the piston back in, spray a little brake cleaner on it too. once its in put the new ones on and your done. oh, i always take the lid off the brake fluid reservor so the fluid will flow back and allow the piston to move in.(assuming you have added fluid prior .) if its not moving perhaps its rusted or seized in some way. maybe lube it over night and try the next day.

I hate to even admit this but changed my brakes this past weekend and front went fine, both sides. moved it to have more room and locked the brake handle, took back tire off and cyl. wouldn't go in either. not even alittle. got up to grab a soda and noticed the locked brake handle. ( DUH!! ) every thing went fine after releasing the brake..... I think they call that,,BRAIN FART..
