stalled won't start
#1
Need Help with my 2006 400, riding around today kicked up a log between the front right wheel and fender and stalled. Now nothing happens when I push the start button and worse yet the manual pull is binding up. Any ideas ?

Update, jumped the starter relay and motor turns fine but no juice to the ignition. It seems I cut-off power to ignition and starter, only the read out is working. Will have to start following the wiring harness unless someone has an idea where to start looking.

The wiring harness comes along the frame on the right hand side past the fuel tank (if the 2006 models have the front mounted tank) and runs up through what I call a utilidoor. It is a little channel at the base of the steering column. There are a few wire connectors there that may have gotten hooked by your stick and unplugged.
I had an issue with a plug located there after I first got my winch installed at the dealer. The wires became pinched and it unplugged the ignition when you turned the handle bars. My machine would pull start but the electric start quit working. I would start looking there.
Also check the starter relay fuse. It is a 30 amp fuse located under the right rear fender. You can usually find it by following the hot wore from the battery to the starter.
Hope this helps
