you can order one from the dealer or check out e-bay, I know the dealer wanted 90 dollars for mine (2004), I found one on e-bay for 15 dollars including shipping.

A green one!......sorry couldn't resist that one.

I have a paper copy of the service manual for all 2004 models. It covers 2003 and 2004 model years.

I also have an electronic version for the 2006 models but my wife gets tired of my greasy, oily dirty finder prints on the mouse and key board trying to use it. I have found it to be similar to the paper copy except for the diff-locker and electronic instrument cluster.

I have the exact same problem on may artic cat 250. Were you able to resolve your issue?

i think he did, read page 2. he describes whats wrong. id post it for you but i dont know how to copy and move it over here.
