Does anyone have a wiring diagram they can post for me with the schematics for the headlight system? Deer hunting opens this weekend in MN, and my uncle is bringing his wheeler to the shack but his headlights aren't working. I'm going to try and figure out whats wrong with them. The factory manual "pin point test" would be great if someone could post that as well. thanx!!

P.S....Any concerns with headlight operation I should know about? I own a honda so not to familiar with Cat's systems. I assume it's a fuse to switch to headlight to ground set up??

 

I had the same problem. Turned out to be all of the bulbs were bad. There is exposed wire on the buld that will corrode is moisture sits on em too long, at least that was my problem.
