Weekend Warrior, I just purchased a 2008 650 H1 and for what I do, I certainly would not want anymore power or low end torque than this thing has. I run mine with 27 inch 589 MS tires with a dog box on the front rack with somewhere around 120 lbs in it, usually 2 guys on it, and right now in about 10 inches of crusty snow on mountains. All the power in the world. What do you use yours for and what are you going to do to it for more power?

Check out highlifter . Pinned tech topics in the A.C. section, carb slide mod, shimming the primary clutch other useful info there.

That's because the Honda is faster, but faster isn't always better. You should have bought something else if you wanted speed. AC aren't really known for their speed, its the low end grunt that they are good at.

As I stated above, I just purchased a 2008 650. I don't know how fast it will go as I really don't feel that comfortable on any 4 wheeler ast speeds over 40 or 45. I will tell you this: it will hit 50mph in about 4 seconds and thats when I leave off. I hear they top out at around 62 or 64 but I don't know. Let me know what yours does.
