i have an 08 1000 tcat i just got back from KMS Performance in Phx,Az. installed a new style air intake and exhaust. the original dyno reading on my stock unit was 51.17 hp with fuel reading super rich. exhaust went from stock 1.58" to 2.50". really has a great throaty sound. the new air intake has a direct hookup with a k&n filter with an coverall. final dyno reading is 58.58 hp fuel is right on no need for a power commander. the bike smokes the tires and will wheelie at 15mph. new air intake won't work for muding or submerged crossing do to the style of air filter. haven't had a chance to dune yet or trail yet. super impressed with the response i've gotten on this mod. can't wait to get to glamis to really put it through a test.
