how can i fix this promblem my self. does the carb have trash in it? how can I clean out the fuel lines and etc?

 

your floats are sticking open. you have to pull off the carbs clean them. before you reinstall the cabs put the fuel line on hold them level and turn the key on, this will engage the fuel pump if it still leaks like mine did you may have to replace the float in one of carbs.
