Default thundercat 1000 H2 compression problems

I bought a new thundercat 1000 H2 back in oct. But after only putting 10 miles on it, it had problems starting. Now I have approximately 150 miles on it and it always needs a jump start. I have it at a mechanics right now and they feel the compression relief needs to be adjusted. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, why wasn't it adjusted right away at the factory?

Adjust the valves before messing with the compression relief, they can cause hard starting. I would change the factory spark plug to an NGK too.

Talking Thundercat 1000 H2

Hey Hefty Lefty,

thanks for the advice, I'll try to get the valves adjusted, but first I'm checking out the factory starter. And yes I'll probably have to step up the spark plugs to NGK's.
