Hey guys, anyone know if you can put the whole front of the model 2006 to 2005 model? know if someone has done? greetings.

 

First off Welcome to the forums gades27 !

I don't know for sure if you can interchange the 2005' to the 2006 models , but AC did some changes to the 2006' model #1 they mounted the fuel tank in the rear under the seat ; and if i'm not mistaken (and i don't think i am ) the 2005' model had the fuel tank mounted on top between the seat and handle bars #2 the 2006' model only has a removeable storage compartment to get to the air filter element .

If you take a close look at the bottom photo you can see part of the fuel tank in the rear between the left rear tire and the plastic's .

Someone who know's more about the 2005' model may jump in and give you a diffenent answer on these 2 model's , i hope this is of some help ; and again welcome to the forums !

As the gas tank had not noticed me, because one will have you up and the other back, but hey I thought it could change the front alone, have someone explain to me know if you can or not, greetings and thanks.

 

Just looking at it I'd have to say it would be a lot of work. Plastics are different so you'd be changing the more than just the front end. Seats look different too. Rack mounts seem to have different locations as well.
