I was told by a CAT dealer that they offered a hand shifter for around $20. Has anyone used one, if so how is it convient or does it get in the way? Also how does it connect? Do you take the rocker foot piece off? Thought it maybe a good idea if you are going to be in alot of deep mud and water instead of getting you foot soaked for the day. Thanks

I made my own. Bolted a upright to the heel of the shifter with a brace going to the front. It comes up just inside my knee and works fine for my style of riding. Mostly low range and putting around.
