I had a good laugh when I saw those gimmicks! I think you'd snap those paddles off the first time you tried to torque through any mud heavy enough to get stuck in. They might paddle you across a beaver pond though IF you had a quad that floats.

When I bought my new Cat....the dealership had a pair of these mounted on his demo. They are made of very heavy and very sturdy rubber.....I weigh about 180 lbs and I could stand on the top fin and jump on it. They just bend down a little and then pop back up. I think they would work great in the snow and light mud, but I think if you get them into some heavy swamp mud you'll dig yourself to China.

Actaully, when I went to High lifter Jeff had a pair of those by his desk. He had tested them and liked there PERFORMANCE, BUT THE WEIGHT was around 20 lbs per wheel. I held them in my hand. They are VERY sturdy, but you pay for that in weight. I think they should be made out of aluminum and the rubber paddles.
