Remove seat, and cycle key to on psition, listen for pump to cycle then kick off. If so, check your fuel line, and make sure it hasn't sucked itself closed. check to see if in-line filter is going in right direction, arrow towards EFI. Chaeck to see if vent line is open. If there is no sound coming from pump check fuse, if fuse is ok, then you possibly have a short, 06-07 cats wiring harness coming in from rt. side under plastic had a bad thing about chaffing the wires where they came in under fenders to fuse box area. solution I always found was to remove rear fenders, repair broken wires, and wrap this area of wiring with a piece of an old innertube, to prevent anymore chaffing. You may also want to check the blue connector on the back side of the EFI, this is the throttle position sensor to make sure you have good connection.
