Ok... its those evil rivets again... I think I may need a rivet tool... what'dya think?
I also had to replace my Fuel valve because it was leaking, and I just got the replacement, but I dunno what to do with the rubber on the ends of it... Should I pierce them?

Looks to be a strainer to catch junk, I would not pierce it until you know for sure. Yes, you need a rivet gun.

 

Well, I had a redneck way of putting it on... Bang a hammer against one end, and have a piece of wood on the other end.. Worked perfect... I also realized that was a filter right after I posted this, thank you though.
