I bought my daughter a 2009 150cc and it will not run faster then 21 mph any ideas on how to get the atv to run faster and have more power with out regearing it?

Also, if you will, let me know if the mod helps restore automatic throttle response. I also just got one of these for my daughter & while I'm OK with the speed restriction right now, I don't like the hesitation it has when giving it throttle until before it engages & moves. I'd probably consider removing these spacers & controlling top speed with the speed control screw on the throttle control if I knew the "lag" was also a part of the speed limiting spacers.......mp
