Default wheel axle nut

I'm having a hard time getting a lug nut off the left rear wheel.
I noticed the wheel was a little loose when I replaced the disk brake pads and cannot get the nut to budge. I've removed the cotter pin, and have tried a braker bar with a socket. Haven't gone so far as to try an impact wrench with a socket yet.
Any suggestions?

Soak it with WD40 or penetrating oil and let it sit over night. Then use an impact wrench it should get it. Once you get it loose and before you re-assemble it put some anti-seize on the threads to help in the future.

I think the castle nut is 28mm or 30mm.

Breaker bar with a 4 foot pipe on the end. That is what I did last night.
