Anyone financed 2 at a time through Sheffield Financial? I was approved for a 10k dollar loan through them a while back but at that time I was only looking at buying 1 ATV, and I didn't go through with it. Now my wife has sat on a few and she wants one of her own so we decided on 2 of the Arctic Cat 550's.
I called Sheffield this afternoon but the lady told me that I'd have to wait until Monday to talk to the person that originally approved my loan to see if I can up the amount. The 2 AC's are gonna cost 6.5k each so I need at least an extra 3k on the loan approval amount and that is with me paying the tax and other fees out of pocket.
Also the lady didn't know if my original 10k approval could be used to purchase 2 or just one.

So, I'm dying here waiting for Monday, lol has anyone financed 2 at a time from Sheffield? My wife and I thought about if I can't get approved to buy 2 of them, then I'll use my loan to get one and I will apply for a different loan through our bank for the second. I talked to my bank once before but they told me that all ATV loans through them are 9.99% interest so I thought it was kind of high.

I have a 710 credit score if that helps, and I'm worried she will tell me I can't get approved for another 3k and that I can only use my 10k to purchase one ATV.

One last question, if I buy them out of state do I still pay my same tax rate? I live in Louisiana but I found them cheaper through a dealer on ATVtrader in Alabama. If I can save the tax and save 600 bucks by going to Alabama, then I'd do it but I'm unsure if I still pay full tax rate or not. My tax rate in my hometown is 9%
