Default 2003 400 oil change procedure question

Hello,

I just purchased a 2003 400 auto. I was wondering if when changing the oil if the oil cooler itself should be drained as well.

Thanks for your help in advance.

That should all run back down into the pan after warming it up and letting it sit for 1/2 hour or so. You should be fine with just draining the pan and a new filter.
