New Cat won't start....
Went to go on a ride Saturday and my wife's new cat would not start. It was fine 6 days ago when we had it out show off to her Dad. The starting solenoid would just click. Battery is charged. I called the dealer who sold it to us and he suggested jumping across the contacts. I did and it started.
I then turned it off to check all the connections (for a second time) and it started normally. So we turned it off... got suited up for our ride and when we were ready it would not start (same clicking of the solenoid), so I jumped it again and we went and rode. Did 75 miles had lunch at our turn around spot were after lunch it started normally. Later that evening once we were home and cleaned up (very dusty ride) it wouldn't start again.
Sunday I picked up a new solenoid from the dealer (warranty), put it in and the same thing... just clicks.
Is it my starter?
Either way its going back to the dealer for them to look at. It now has 115 miles on it and they said that they would hook me up with the 100 oil change and valve adjustment.

sounds like you have a crappy connection somewhere. i had this happen on my 700 and it ended up being a loose connection on my solenoid. i would check all grounds and make sure your connections are clean on the battery. i can almost guarantee you that it is something simple yet very annoying.
