Default "Help" clutch adjustment question

Hello,
I was talking to a local atv mechanic today, about my earlier post ( Jurky when excelerating ) he said to try readjusting the clutch.
Ok, I have a 2003 arctic cat 400 manual transmission. it looks to me the oval plate on the right side of the machine is what I need to take off to get to the clutch adjustment screw, Is this about right? and also how do I go about adjusting it. thanks in advance. Steve

i don't know how to adjust it but let me ask you what kind of oil you used the last time you changed it? if you didn't use the actual arctic cat oil it might cause troubles. i know in my dad's honda he had he used just 30 weight cenex oil and it would shift really hard. might want to give that a try.
