No gas to the spark plug

Default No gas to the spark plug

2004 Artic Cat 400.Let it set too long got it started and rode it briefly before it quit,it will not crank, spins but no start.Drained gas tank and refilled with fresh,removed carb and cleaned jets,new spark plug,still won't crank plug is dry.Any advice?

Update.fixed it.Missed a jet on the initial cleaning and disassembled the float assembly and cleaned the needle valve.

Bet you found that little filter/strainer on top of the needle seat didn't you!

Some terminology:cranks means the motor turns over with the starter, fires means it's trying to run.
