Default HID bulbs in stock lights

Am looking to upgrade the lights on my 2007 650 TRV, and wanted to see if anyone has already done so, and if they've had any problems or heat issues like melting lenses, etc.

Default HID bulbs

I would not waste your money on power hungry HID bulbs. I installed a set of Rigid Industries LED Lights. It is like daylight in front of my machine and they use only approx 2 amps each. HID bulbs are only good if you can keep your stock lights clean. I have my Led's mounted above my stock lights and they stay clean and bright.

I installed 6000k hids on my 07 650 H1. LOVE THEM! Got the ballasts and bulbs off of ebay for $30 shipped. Best, easiest mod I ever did! I got the 880 bulbs and they fit perfectly.

What size is your bulb? They will work if you have a standard size auto bulb and not a factory made/designed bulb like the older Polaris's use. Heres the link. Cheapest Ive found.

Order two of these.

And a set of these. Tell them your bulb size and what K - color you want. I got 6000k in mine. Might want to order two sets so you have some spares just in case anything goes wrong.

No problem. Your oem bulbs will say right on them what size they are. Or look in your owners manual.
