I aquired the atv a few weeks ago from a guy. He said the fuel pump was bad. I probed around and found the battery was shot. New battery and it ran fine. I took it out one day, it ran fine for 30 min until I turned it off. I tried starting it with just a slow idle for 2-3 seconds. It would die with any crack of the throttle. Managed to start it in gear and spit, sputtered and backfired all the way home (about 1 mile).

A few days later it would do the same thing. Then a few days later, I got it to idle fine, but no power past about 1/4 throttle. Idles fine tho.

EFI flashing on the display.

Tried new spark pug. No results.

How do I jump the 2 pins to get the code to pop up on the display?

Im not an efi guru but some explanation will put me in the right direction.

 

Best would be to decipher the error code. I hope this links would be helpful.
