2/4WD wont switch to 4x4

Fuse is good. I cleaned the switch as well 2007 400 Grizzly. Where are the relays? anybody have a wiring diagram?

Can't say for certain on the Grizzly but most Yams only have a relay for the warning light. The switch powers the motor direct. There is a long thread on here about faulty shift motors and how to fix them.
