I need to take some more pictures. About the only mod I have now is a Moose plow, if that counts. Thinking about a 2nd set of wheels/tires.

Pick up CAT 500 Manual Easter weekend! 26", 589's, Cabela's add on ATV lights, stick hand shifter, and a Warn 2000 so far. I am thinking about a rear bumper.

Well ALMOST all the info you need is a click away. Just click "Got Cat???" in my signauture.

Only changes that I need to make to that site are:
No more ITP steel wheels
12x8 Rear offset Arctic Cat factory takes offs all around.
35 psi in the claws-- 29" tall
removal of ox-lite boot guards
one custom homemade shock bushing(just lost the other one)

Hey Boner, why are you removing your cv guards? Do they bind up with all that lift?

As for my 'Cat, no performance mods other than different plug. Other than that, spring spacers, 27" Bi/Tri Claws, Warn A2000 w/****** blocks, stick stoppers, Kimpex rear bumper, matching pairs of front and rear 55w halogen lights, custom camo seat cover, large mortar box to store winching gear, even larger U-shaped rear rack bag for all other items I carry. Mostly bolt-on or accessory stuff to make work easier, or safer for the 'Cat. i.e. lights to see stuff before I run over it, bumper to protect break light while I'm running over it, etc. Pics at link below.

Best of luck, and to all the new 'Cat owners, WELCOME TO THE PRIDE!!!

Mike

Normally they would not rub, but if you bend them just the littlest bit they will rub with the extra down travel that the HL lift kit allows. I bent mine riding in a rack deep canal when I hit an underwater cyprus knee in 2nd gear(about 10 mph). After hitting it about 3 times(I kept forgetting about it). It bent it enough that it rubed the outer cv boot's outer ring that holds it on. IT didn't mess it up bad, but I caught it in time.

I was pulling my cat with my jack(Bobcat 328) with the front wheels in the air and the wheels turned. So at if you have SLIGHTLY bent brush guards and a lift kit-- watch out. They are close to start with, then even closer with the lift kit. I you bend them-- they are TOOOOO close.
